We are looking for a DC Supervisor to join the rapidly growing Cozey team. In this role, the DC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and executing all daily core operations at our New Jersey Distribution Center, including receiving, picking, and shipping. They will also manage day-to-day personnel tasks such as task delegation, performance monitoring, and attendance management. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is resourceful, and action-oriented. What You’ll Be Doing :

Ensure that daily core activities (receiving, picking, staging, and shipping) are completed on time and in full. Supervise, train, and manage all warehouse clerks in the execution of core activities. Assist the DC Manager with various initiatives and ensure that the distribution center meets the KPIs established by HQ management. Ensure that safety measures and warehouse rules are clearly communicated and followed by all employees. Take ownership of core activities and propose action plans when performance targets are not met. Develop SOPs for different inbound and outbound tasks. Any other related tasks.

What We’re Looking For :

Strong communication skills, both spoken and written. Collaborative leadership style; team player with the ability to bring out the best in team members. Willingness to take ownership of results and propose actionable improvements. Resourceful and creative mindset; able to “do more with less”. 4+ years of experience in a production environment (factory, distribution center, warehouse, etc.) Experience managing a workforce involved in manual labour or technical work is an asset. Experience in process optimization is also considered an asset.
