Shipping and Receiving Lead 4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars Pine Brook, NJ 07058 Job Summary The Shipping/Receiving Lead is responsible for preparing and processing goods being shipped and received as well as organization/up keep of inventory using Exhibit Force and Smart Sheet. Roles and Responsibilities Printing shipping labels and bill of lading, ensuring accuracy Distinguishing if returning freight is client owned or rental Unload and put into staging area for check in and broken down File BOLs in designated folder Client owned assets shipped to warehouse: Who is client Portal or booth client – notify JR Third party carries: Take care of outgoing and incoming packages, get pack package to the receiver if you cannot distinguish who should receive investigate to do so. Incoming/out going freight check for accuracy and get incoming the receiving Work closely with PM for ship dates/BOL’s, receiving dates Travel to remote locations for deliveries and pickups Contact for all incoming/outgoing drivers Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned. Create bar codes for client owned pieces Keep inventory updated Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to learn/has Exhibit Force Software experience/capability/ Smart Sheet.
• Ability to work with others to train.

• Computer savvy, using basic cloud-based software Ability to hold themselves accountable for all aspects of a job and see it through from beginning to end.

Ability to work a 40-hour work week with OT and occasional weekends, if needed.
