Warehouse Production Lead Kay Distribution Corp Flanders, NJ 07836 We’re looking for a highly organized and driven FBA Production Line Manager to lead our Amazon fulfillment operations. This role is critical in ensuring that all inventory is processed, labeled, and shipped accurately and efficiently according to Amazon’s FBA standards. You’ll be responsible for overseeing a fast-paced production line, managing label workflows, maintaining SKU-level data in Google Sheets, and leading a small team of production staff. Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily warehouse prep operations for Amazon FBA shipments Use shipping and listing software to create and manage FBA shipments Maintain accurate Google Sheets for inventory tracking, label assignment, and QC Oversee label printing (FNSKU, UPC, carton labels) and ensure accuracy Manage staging, boxing, and palletizing according to Amazon requirements Understand and apply correct pack sizes per SKU and shipment requirements Train, supervise, and coordinate a small team of production staff and temp workers Ensure timely, compliant shipments with minimal prep errors or delays Communicate with sourcing, warehouse, and logistics teams as needed

Qualifications:

1-2+ years experience with Amazon FBA or e-commerce operations Strong working knowledge of FNSKU, UPCs, and Amazon shipment creation Proficiency in Google Sheets (filters, sorting, basic formulas, data entry accuracy) Experience with shipping software (e.g. Seller Central, InventoryLab, ScanPower, etc.) Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and lifting up to 50 lbs Leadership experience — ability to direct, train, and motivate a small team Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Reliable, proactive, and organized Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred): Familiarity with Amazon’s LTL/SPD shipping systems Experience with SOP creation and warehouse optimization Ability to troubleshoot shipment errors or listing restrictions
