Description:

The Retail Coordinator is an integral member of the Retail Department Team who assists in ensuring daily departmental goals, inventory control, and customer service are met by departmental guidelines and standards.

Requirements:

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

Maintain a high level of understanding of company guidelines, rules, and regulations. Assist in developing strategies for the team to reach their goals. Knowledge of performing all essential duties listed for Retail Lead, Quality Control (QC), Logger, and Sorter. Communicate clear instructions to team members and management. Monitor team members’ participation to ensure the training provided is applied. Manage daily operations. Assist with Administrative duties. Problem-solving within the department as needed.

Job Qualifications Mandatory:

High School diploma or equivalent Understands warehouse functions. Strong data entry and typing skills. Detail-oriented. Understands the systematic function on a high level. Experience with CRM’s (Customer Relationship Management)

Communication Skills:

The Coordinator must communicate efficiently with the team and superiors.

Critical-Thinking Skills:

The Coordinator will determine the right course of action.

Organizational Skills:

The Coordinator will manage time and employees, and ensure all moving pieces remain in order in the department.

Critical Thinking Skills:

The Coordinator will define problems, produce alternatives, assess the best course of action, and act on it.

Preferred Qualifications :

Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge of the 3PL program. Understand all SLA standards. Prior experience leading a team.

Work Environment:

Warehouse Environmental Conditions are as follows: Moderate noise level in the work environment. The work environment is indoors. Warehouse temperatures may vary depending on outside temperatures.
