is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Fulfillment Coordinator to manage and optimize the full e-commerce fulfillment process. This role is responsible for maintaining the company’s Shopify-based online store, handling product uploads, coordinating logistics schedules, managing customer service, and organizing warehouse inventory. A solid understanding of fashion retail logistics and hands-on fulfillment experience is essential. Key Responsibilities Upload new products to Shopify using VPI Wand ensure accurate product data entry Process online orders: prepare for shipment, generate shipping labels, pack, and dispatch orders Communicate with forwarding companies to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and resolve issues (delays, missing items, returns, etc.) Coordinate delivery and organization of display products between office and store locations Handle customer inquiries and complaints, including claims, exchange/return requests, and general CS support Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the Shopify online store Monitor inventory levels and sales performance, and propose improvements to fulfillment workflows Maintain and regularly update total inventory records (online + offline stock) Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience managing Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms Understanding of fulfillment and logistics operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management Experience with customer service and order-related communication Strong interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration (brand, office, store) Highly organized, solution-oriented, and responsible work attitude Preferred Qualifications Background in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brand operations Experience communicating with forwarding or logistics companies Bilingual in English and Korean Experience with Shopify Admin and third-party shipping systems What
