Full Job Description Position:

Fulfillment Lead (Full-Time, W2)

Compensation:

$23-25/hour, 30-40 hours/week Includes opportunity for increased compensation, participation in a 401(k), and year-end bonuses. About the Role Wooj Design is looking for a Fulfillment Lead to manage our day-to-day warehouse operations in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. In this role, you’ll ensure that every product we make—primarily handcrafted lighting—is assembled, packed, and shipped with care and precision. This will be a 3-4 day/week role. 70-80% of the job will be picking, packing, and assembling lighting fixtures. 20-30% of the job will be administrative, inventory management, and managing others. What You’ll Do By Month 1: Learn to assemble a variety of our lighting products Pick, pack, assemble, and ship hundreds of customer orders each week Get familiar with our warehouse workflow and tools By Month 2: Become fully accountable for timely and accurate order fulfillment Become proficient with our in-house and third-party fulfillment software Begin overseeing the full warehouse operation, from receiving and sorting to assembly and fulfillment By Month 3: Take charge of ordering supplies and materials proactively Lead ongoing process improvements across warehouse operations Hire and manage seasonal staff during the holiday season

Qualifications Required:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable with being accountable for business outcomes Ability to lift and move items up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Comfort using digital tools and software to manage workflows (e.g., fulfillment platforms, spreadsheets, inventory systems) Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Prior experience managing or training others

Preferred:
