Warehouse Lead/Supervisor HR Partners Staffing Sanborn, NY 14132 Large Manufacturing company is hiring for a warehouse lead to assists current supervisors. Candidate must have a few years experience with supervision and ok with hands on work.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR WAREHOUSE LEAD

Good organizational skills, self-starting, ability to work in a fast-paced environment Verify accuracy of incoming/outgoing shipments Resolve problems or discrepancies Receive, unpack, and check merchandise or materials Pick, pack, and ship orders to customers and other facilities Oversee other order pickers and material handlers to ensure orders are correct Good attendance required!

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE FOR WAREHOUSE LEAD

Prior production warehouse experience a must Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a lead role or supervisor role Fork truck and scan gun experience Must be dependable and have a willingness to work in a highly disciplined environment Must be physically able to meet job requirements such as standing for 10 hour shifts, bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting to 50 lbs High school diploma or equivalent required
