Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Responsibilities:

Understand company Quality Management System and adhere to policies and procedures. Supervise and coordinate a team of warehouse associates to meet daily operational goals Understand the Production Schedule and relevant Work Orders Assign tasks and monitor workflow to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with inventory control Conduct or assist with cycle counts and inventory audits Operate warehouse equipment (Forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed Maintain a safe and clean warehouse Coach team members to be their best and work cooperatively. Train warehouse floor employees in company safety, quality, and handbook policies. Communicate effectively with the warehouse manager, logistics manager and other departments Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent minimal; additional training or certifications (OSHA, Forklift) a plus 2yrs. Experience in a warehouse or distribution center Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
