$52,000 – $68,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 PM – 6 AM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, shipping, and staffing Lead, train, and develop a team of warehouse associates to ensure performance, safety, and accuracy Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and OSHA standards Implement and improve warehouse processes to drive efficiency and productivity Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Utilize WMS or ERP systems to manage inventory and workflow Handle scheduling, timesheets, and performance reviews for warehouse staff Manage warehouse layout, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness Solve problems quickly and professionally while maintaining a high level of customer service Skills Supervisor/Coach Influencing Motivating Operations Pulling Lifting Managing Supervising Leading Qualifications Years of experience: 2 years Experience level: Entry Level Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
