Job Summary:
This position manages incoming raw materials, supplies, and backhauls. This position also ships finished products to storage and customers.

Responsibilities:
Overseeing warehouse and sampling Assure that all receiving is done correctly Check outbound orders Monitor ADP Enforce all GMP rules and regulations Conduct alchemy training as needed Prepare & maintain a variety of records and logs, prepare reports as required Maintain good attendance Perform other duties as assigned Inbound Shipments Determine a storage location for all inbound shipments before arrival Communicate with the logistics manager regarding appointments for all inbound shipments Creating an inbound procedure to ensure the accuracy of inbound shipments, including but not limited to quantity, visual quality, weight, and expiration dating Data entry of purchase order receipts within Navision, ensuring accurate code date info when applicable Ensuring the proper and timely flow of paperwork to purchasing Notifying purchasing immediately of any discrepancies from purchase orders
Production :
Responsible for managing the staging of production orders Responsible for assuring the FIFO flow of inventory for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods Determine storage location for all finished goods released from production before completion Completing the daily match-up of reported production to the product put on freezers
Outbound :
Responsible for the timely staging/picking of all orders shipping directly from Seviroli Foods Monitor all outbound shipments for accuracy, including quantity, pallet condition, and code dates Communicate with the warehouse manager regarding appointments for all outbound shipments Review all paperwork for outbound shipments for accuracy
General Responsibilities:
Manage all warehouse personnel Cycle counting of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods Monitoring inventory turns at Seviroli Foods’ warehouse General plant safety and cleanliness, including freezers, refrigerators, and production areas Other job duties as assigned
Education/Experience:
College Degree in a related science is a plus One year of warehouse experience Knowledge of GMP in Manufacturing, Packing, or Holding Human Food and thorough knowledge of FDA and USDA regulations are required.
