Job Summary you will assume responsibility for the management of the non-clinical operations of the Central Fill facility. The Supervisor will perform a variety of functions including managing daily production and meeting customer service demands while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Job Description Experience Required:
3 to 5 years in a leadership capacity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience Desired:
P harmaceutical operations, mechanically inclined, technology savvy
Education Desired:
High school diploma or equivalent
Lifting Requirement:
up to 50 pounds Job Responsibilities Provide leadership and operational guidance to Technicians and Maintenance personnel. Analyze department inventory and supply needs for fulfillment of prescriptions. Assess individual and team performance and provide timely and candid feedback Analyze daily work volume and balance resources (including personnel and supplies) to ensure daily work demand is met and timely distribution of prescriptions to retail teams. Work collaboratively with the clinical team to address quality and compliance related requirements Lead the selection and training of new Team Members. Support professional development of Team Members through appropriate talent management processes. Provide continuous, effective feedback and coaching to Team Members related to overall performance, including issuing discipline Oversee the maintenance team and ensure the day-to-day maintenance of Central Fill Pharmacy automation and equipment. Recognize, address, and escalate system issues to internal stakeholders and vendors when necessary. Maintain collaborative business relationships with Central Fill vendors and internal stakeholder (distribution, human resources, information technology, store operations, etc.) Assist leadership with controlling costs through the review of consumable utilization, labor projections, and improved work efficiencies Ensure proper safety conditions are maintained and adherence to policies and procedures associated with the Central Fill facility and Team Members.
