We have anexcellent opportunity for a Distribution Center Supervisor in ourHarrisburg Distribution Center. In this position, the successfulcandidate will be responsible to: 1

• Make customer service andcustomer satisfaction a high priority. Assist CSR’s with elevatedcustomer issues. 2
• Administer order entry control and pricingpolicies consistent with company guidelines. 3
• Hire, train anddevelop employees to work productively with high sense of urgencyand positive customer service attitude. 4
• Manage inventories toachieve high service level, planned inventory turns and minimizeslow moving inventory. 5
• Administer division price policyconsistent with division guidelines 6
• Manage expenses andoperating ratios to perform at or better than budget. 7
• Workclosely with manufacturing plants to assure product availability ison time and complete. 8
• Order product for Distribution Center fromvarious sources. Sales 1
• In conjunction with the DC Manager andSales team, achieve sales and profit objectives by providingexcellent service and implementing sales strategies for existingaccounts, while promoting brand awareness. 2
• Communicate withcustomers both in person and on the telephone, while executingsuperior customer service and communication skills. 3
• Assist inpricing of quotes and orders under automation system controls.

Thisis a working supervisor position and requires working in thewarehouse daily, lifting 50lbs frequently, bending, twisting andclimbing. Qualifications 1. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred orcombination of experience and education. 2. A minimum of 2 yearssupervisory experience, preferably in a Warehouse or DistributionCenter setting. 3. Forklift experience/certification is required.4. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a routine basis and 75 lboccasionally. Ability to stand, bend, twist and climb frequently.5. Good computer skills. 6. Outstanding customer service skills.
