We sell both branded and private label items. The company is in aggressive growth: we have increase our overall sales significantly each of the past 3 years, and we expect similar growth in 2025. In order to accommodate this growth, we moved to a bigger warehouse. We are seeking to hire a motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to act as a vital link between the back office, warehouse manager, and warehouse workers.
Work hours are:
Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 5:00pm And half a day on Fridays 8:00am to 12pm As a small company we are committed to healthy work-life balance. We don’t have overtime, and you get to keep your weekends (Saturday-Sunday). In addition to salary, We offer: Snacks Accrued paid sick time (After 30 days probation period) Jewish holidays off (about 5 days a year) Paid holidays off: New Years, Independence day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas 4 days of Accrued paid vacation (after 12 months) Required skills/experience: Proven track record of leading a team of 5-15 workers (seasonally) in warehouse settings Ability to work cooperatively with other team leaders Computer savvy, prior experience with google docs a plus. Physical ability to pitch in and help with unloading, packing, labeling, building pallets. Meticulous attention to details Maintain organized work areas High School diploma or equivalent Experience operating a sit down forklift, forklift license a plus Preferred skills/experience Experience operating a stand up forklift Experience operating pallet jack (both manual and electric) Experience with Amazon FBA procedures
