The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate data collection, and supporting logistics and supply chain operations within our distribution center. This position requires strong organizational skills and an understanding of supplier management and category management to optimize inventory processes. Responsibilities Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across various categories. Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure data integrity. Collaborate with suppliers to manage stock levels and reorder products as necessary. Utilize inventory management systems to track materials handling and logistics. Collect and analyze data related to inventory turnover, demand forecasting, and supply chain efficiency. Assist in the buying process by providing insights on stock availability and product performance. Support the distribution center operations by organizing materials for efficient flow. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory management. Qualifications Experience in supplier management, logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred. Familiarity with category management principles is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and interpret data effectively. Proficient in using inventory management systems and software, preferably NetSuite. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Previous experience in materials handling or distribution centers is advantageous.
