The Shipping & Invoicing Coordinator provides key administrative support in the customer order process. This role is responsible for clerical entry of order documentation and effectively communicating with customers and suppliers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Process all shipping documents and invoices as needed. Produce and process customs invoices, export declarations, air bills. etc., as needed. Provide clerical support to the order service dept. and sales dept. Key in all customer orders and maintain the customer records by using automated systems, i.e. BLIS. Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations. Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed. Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions. Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors. Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
WORKING ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
: May be exposed to moderate heat, light dust, fumes, and hazards such as electrical shock or gases. Some outside assignments could involve exposure to adverse weather conditions. Adequate hearing protection is required for 85 decibels and above.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent experience and three years of progressive Sales and/or Customer Service experience 3+ years of working in a manufacturing sales environment, preferred. Shipping Experience a plus. Knowledge of manufacturing operations
MS Office Suite:
Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Occasional weekend and overtime may be required.
