We’re currently seeking a Warehouse and Shipping Supervisor to lead our warehouse and shipping team in achieving accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery.
What You’ll Do:
As the Warehouse and Shipping Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations in both warehouse and shipping functions. You will lead a team responsible for inventory control, order fulfillment, and outbound logistics, ensuring everything runs safely and smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing daily warehouse operations: picking, packing, inventory control, shipping, and receiving. Leading, training, and evaluating warehouse staff. Coordinating carrier pickups, preparing shipping documentation, and tracking shipments. Conducting regular inventory audits and resolving discrepancies. Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency. Ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and equipment maintenance standards. Collaborating with production, procurement, and customer service to meet company goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or shipping operations, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong knowledge of warehouse and shipping processes. Proficient in WMS, shipping software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to organize, prioritize, and problem-solve in a dynamic environment. Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and safety.
