Responsibilities1. Daily Supervision of Warehouse Staffo Oversee and guide warehouse staff in performing daily tasks, ensuring productivity and adherence to workflows.o Assign tasks to team members based on priorities and operational needs, adjusting as necessary to meet daily goals.o Monitor team performance, providing on-the-spot coaching to ensure quality and efficiency in all activities.2. Compliance with Procedures and Safety Standardso Ensure that all team members adhere to established warehouse procedures and safety protocols.o Conduct routine checks to identify potential hazards or compliance issues and take corrective actions when necessary.o Report any safety incidents or concerns to the Department Manager, supporting follow-up and resolution efforts.3. Point of Contact for Team Issueso Serve as the main contact for team members regarding questions, issues, or needs during shifts.o Communicate operational updates, challenges, and priorities to team members effectively.o Escalate complex issues to the Department Manager when additional support or intervention is required.
