Procure miscellaneous materials, spare parts, or contractor services through SA.

P Procurement admin duties:

enter PRs, track to completion, follow up on invoicing issues, Purchase misc. support items. (Heavy workload in Jan./Feb.) Run a daily report for outstanding WO that need to be completed. Administrative tasks for B&R such as purchase materials, filing inspections. Inventory warehouse Spare parts on a quarterly basis. Change descriptions, locations in SAP as needed. On occasion will need to buy immergent consumables or parts from a customer for maintenance. Radios, etc. Create spare parts in SAP when needed Input goods receipts for receiving materials and spare parts in SAP. Email packing slips to originator who ordered the parts for maintenance. Record in Teams on logistics spreadsheet.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred. 2+ years of warehouse, inventory, or materials coordination experience, preferably in an industrial or construction setting. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment required. Valid driver’s license (may be required for deliveries or offsite coordination).

Skills & Competencies:

Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in tracking materials and inventory. Clear communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing material demands. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, email, inventory software). Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warehouse environments.

Work Environment:

Primarily warehouse setting; may include outdoor yards, laydown areas, or project sites. Requires PPE use and adherence to safety protocols. Standing, lifting, and moving materials for extended periods may be necessary. May involve early hours, overtime, or weekend shifts depending on project needs.
