OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, which supports both our interior design projects and retail showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and inspecting deliveries, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that all merchandise is handled with care and precision. This role is essential to maintaining the seamless flow of goods that support our design installations and retail operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, unpacking, inspecting, organizing, and storing goods.
• Maintain an orderly, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Implement and manage systems for inventory tracking, labeling, and storage.
• Work with the Inventory Manager to track inventory levels and coordinate reorders or transfers as needed.
• Receive and inspect all inbound shipments for accuracy and damage, photographing and documenting as necessary.
• Communicate discrepancies or damage promptly to the Inventory Manager or Design Project Manager.
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups with freight companies, local delivery teams, and white-glove services.
• Schedule, oversee, and assist with outbound shipments, including items going to clients, job sites, or the showroom.
• Assist with scheduling and logistics for client installations, including managing warehouse prep and loading.
• Work with the Inventory Manager to maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory system.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories as scheduled.
• Assist to sidemark and document showroom inventory and design assets separately.
• Supervise any warehouse assistants, delivery personnel, or temporary staff.
• Provide training on safety protocols, appropriate product handling, and warehouse processes.
• Promote a team-oriented, professional, and positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a warehouse lead or supervisor, ideally in a high-end retail, furniture, or design-related setting.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic computer skills (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 100 lbs) and operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred for local pickups/deliveries) and ability to drive up to medium duty trucks (26ft).
