As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will oversee daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring efficient workflow and team performance. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will utilize your core skills in team leadership to enhance productivity.

Responsibilites:

Ensure all picking/shipping deadlines and priority cut-off times are met. Ensuring all pick tickets are printed, distributed and picked to meet deadlines. Conducting timely research to locate product to prevent backorders. Reviewing daily pick errors with pickers for improvements. Document progress and ensure associates are cross-trained to provide adequate coverage. Maintaining a clean and safe work area. Performing additional duties as assigned. Oversee day-to-day operation Monitor team performance.

Requirements:

Self-motivated Proven experience in warehouse management and team leadership Strong background in inventory management and control Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) Proficient in all MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and internet Professional verbal communication skills and customer service Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail/accuracy Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment while managing multiple tasks Qualified candidates, please apply.
