We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing material storage and distribution, ensuring accurate inventory records, and promoting a safe and efficient work environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the storage and movement of materials, ensuring everything is accurately tracked and organized.
• Maintain precise inventory records using inventory systems.
• Operate forklifts to assist with material handling and storage.
• Collaborate with team members to solve problems and streamline processes for smoother operations.
• Uphold safety standards and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

• Operating warehouse equipment safely …
• Maintaining inventory accuracy, and utilizing software tools such as SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
• Adherence to safety protocols, identifying process improvements, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in inventory control and warehouse operations, including at least one year using SAP
• 2 years of sit-down Forklift experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines are essential.
• Prioritize safety, follow compliance protocols, and communicate effectively while identifying and addressing inefficiencies.
