Merchandise and Shipping Coordinator BMW Car Club of America 2350 Highway 101 S, Greer, SC 29651 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandise and Shipping Coordinator to oversee and manage the merchandise related tasks of our business including shipping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products are shipped accurately and efficiently, while maintaining inventory control and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Duties Coordinate all shipping activities, including scheduling shipments and managing logistics. Maintain accurate inventory control by tracking stock levels and ensuring proper documentation. Handle cash register operations in store and cash handling for any transactions related to sales at events. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and new designs coming in for seasonal and holiday sales. Communicate effectively with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any shipping issues or discrepancies. Monitor shipping performance metrics and implement improvements as needed. Assist with certain aspects of customer service both internally and with outside consumers Requirements Proven experience in inventory control and shipping coordination. Strong ability to work independently and adapt to trends Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with retail sales processes and cash handling procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.
