Our install teams are responsible for working in new residential neighborhoods where they focus on installing exterior doors, interior doors, trim, stairs, hardware, and blinds. We?re looking for a Customer Fulfillment Coordinator to play a vital role in connecting our field install operations with our distribution centers. In this fast-paced, highly collaborative position, you?ll ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately, delivered on time, and supported by proactive communication and seamless coordination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Secure the quality and timely delivery of customer orders. Learn, understand and become knowledge expert in distribution center workflows and processes. Communicate delivery plan to customer, coordinate with material planners and production planners to provide dates as requested. Interpret a wide range of information and identify possible entry, build, loading or delivery errors. Monitor and expedite past due orders and critical customer orders. Report any pending issues that would cause order delivery delays. Synchronize and facilitate the flow of work/materials within the department. Coordinate with supervisors/managers/leads to determine progress of work and completion. Keep team updated on work in progress. Schedule material deliveries to field install operations and other locations as required. Other duties as assigned.
