HTI is partnering with a leading Tier 1 supplier in the automotive industry to hire Materials Supervisor for 3rd shift at their Spartanburg, SC facility. This position is responsible for supervising logistics operations to ensure efficient material flow, inventory control, and on-time shipments to support high-volume manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all logistics functions during assigned shift 3rd, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and materials handling
Ensure accurate tracking of inbound and outbound materials
Conduct and oversee physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy
Maintain and manage returnable container systems with customers
Lead, coach, and develop a team of materials and warehouse associates
Enforce safety policies and quality control procedures
Generate and maintain logistics and performance reports
Drive process improvements and participate in corrective action initiatives
Support employee training and ensure compliance with company standards
Required Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
5-15 years of relevant experience in materials supervision or logistics leadership
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Hands-on experience with inventory systems and warehouse operations
Ability to work full-time on 3rd shift with occasional overtime or weekends
Must wear steel toe boots and hard hats while on-site
Must qualify as a U.S. person under federal export control laws
