Position Overview:
We are seeking an Inventory/Warehouse Liaison to join our team. In this position, you will be working with the Inventory team to process field returns, maintain accurate reporting of the company’s stale inventory and final inventory, and assist with inventory-related projects.
Essential Functions:
Receive returns from the field and work with vendors to return unused items for credit Receive stale inventory from the field and adjust tech inventory accordingly Receive final inventory from termed technicians and close inventory location Assist Inventory Manager/Sr. Inventory Manager with inventory projects Create/update item pick sequences Perform and process MAIN cycle counts Assist in

inventory count Process warranty shipments Collaborate with team to maintain the shipping spreadsheet
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with 3rd party vendors to facilitate desired results Sense of urgency and accuracy Ability to understand inventory processes and warehouse locations Strong computer skills as well as comfort with Microsoft and other company software systems Ability to work in a warehouse environment and lift up to 50lbs as needed
