Description
1st Shift | Monday-Friday 6:00am-6:30pm (OT on Saturdays) | $20-$22
For this position you must:
- At least 2 years of direct business experience in Production, Packaging and/or Warehousing.
- 2-year college degree preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of office processes, procedures, and ERP technology. Experience in coordinating projects and team activities using ERP systems.
- Ability to track Key Performance Indicators and enforce/follow monitoring methods to improve upon KPIs.
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, a sense of urgency and the ability to accept accountability
