We take large warehouses and convert them into bustling hubs of industry where people can rent smaller, individual warehouses and office spaces to run their whole business from under one roof. Our goal is to help businesses grow by providing space that is designed to help them succeed, and the onsite team is one of the most important factors in making that happen! We are looking for a charismatic Community Warehouse Coordinator to join the team in Nashville as our membership continues to grow at this location. The Community Warehouse Coordinator is the helpful and knowledgeable point of contact in the warehouse portion of our co-warehouse facility. They are enthusiastic, energetic, and outgoing self-starters who possess excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills. The right person is someone who takes pride in their work and works with integrity to do the best job they are capable of. They are upbeat with a fun sense of humor and easy to work with. The Community Warehouse Coordinator works with our on-site Community Managers to contribute to a successful property by running an organized warehouse, engaging positively with customers, receiving shipments, notifying members of their deliveries, managing outgoing shipments, keeping the entire property clean and in order, maintaining existing business relationships with clients and vendors, and communicating clearly with the entire management team. The right candidate is detail oriented, organized, and enjoys finding creative solutions for problems. We are a growing company with locations in Los Angeles, Denver, Dallas, Salt Lake City, and Nashville. This is a role with significant growth potential as we expand nationwide. Responsibilities Receive shipments for members at the loading docks and notify members to retrieve their shipments. These could be boxes, pallets, or other shipping containers Coordinate pickup of members outgoing shipments at the loading docks Manage and deliver shipments to member spaces on an as requested basis Provide outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving tenant problems effectively while protecting the interests of the business. Promote, establish, and maintain positive relations with tenants via regular proactive communication, meetings, and routine follow-up. Clean all parts of the facility inside and outside to project an outstanding image to all members and guests Empty trash and recycling through out the facility on a regular basis Contribute to an excellent customer experience by providing a high level of professionalism and service Work together with Community Managers to ensure the building and facility is always looking and operating at its best. Compensation $20.00 per hour Work Environment Typical shift hours are between 8:30am-5:00pm and days between Monday-Friday. Work often occurs in a loading dock area, guiding trucks, and utilizing a pallet jack. Occasional light to heavy lifting is required. This is a small company where we all know each other and work as a team. Experience/Qualifications Customer service skills are requirements for this position Good communication abilities, positive and productive attitude Prior warehouse/property management experience preferred but not required Prior maintenance experience preferred, but not required Good organizational skills General computer skills required Detail oriented Ability to read and write in English required.
