As our Shipping & Receiving Coordinator, you will manage all aspects of shipping and receiving at our Morristown Office. You will be responsible for handling, documenting, and coordinating all logistics of incoming and outgoing shipments. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all packages remain organized and secure. This is a high impact role as the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator’s contributions are crucial to the efficiency and functionality of our operations and you will be closely partnering and collaborating with all departments, to ensure smooth operations and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction. Day Responsibilities:
Shipping and Receiving:
Oversee the shipment and receipt of all goods, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
Delivery:
Safely pick up and deliver customer equipment in Morristown, TN and surrounding areas.
Documentation:
Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documents required for the transport of goods both domestically
Coordination:
Work closely with the laboratory team to coordinate and prioritize shipments.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to shipping and receiving practices.
Safety:
Maintain a clean and safe environment in the shipping and receiving area, adhering to company policies and safety standards.
Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve any issues related to damaged or lost shipments as well as discrepancies in orders.
Requirements Basic Qualifications:
