Job Title:
Shipping, Receiving, & Inventory Coordinator Job Summary:
All work is performed in cooperation, and under the supervision and direction of the Operations Manager. This position will be responsible for hands-on execution of all logistics functions for the company. These duties include coordinating & loading trucks for outgoing shipments, receiving in-bound shipments of materials, and storing incoming component parts and materials, while issuing components to the Assembly Team Carts as specified by a computer generated BOM / Pick list. In this role you will be required to execute shipping, receiving and inventory transactions in the computer ERP system. You will contact shipping carriers by telephone or e-mail and will arrange for the transport of goods to customers and suppliers. You will build shipping crates / containers for outgoing shipments ranging from small machine parts to large pieces of capital equipment. You will be responsible for accurate tracking of inventory entering, leaving, and moving within the facility. You will be required to operate both standard and stand-up forklifts, hoists, and other lifting devices. You will interface with company associates and management across all departments. Language Skills:

Hourly Wage:
$22 – $25 / Hour Hourly Rate depends on Employee’s previous work experience. Paid Weekly (Thursdays) by either manual check, or direct deposit.
