What You’ll Do:

Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, production support, and order fulfillment Supervise and train warehouse team members to ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency Receive and process incoming shipments; track and maintain accurate inventory levels Prepare and ship outgoing orders, ensuring all deadlines and packaging standards are met Coordinate the flow of raw materials and finished goods to support production and fulfillment needs Work closely with management to develop and improve warehouse workflows and inventory systems to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve organization Identify opportunities to improve workflows and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience (lead or supervisor experience preferred) Excellent attention to detail and solid time management skills Proactive problem-solver who can stay organized in a fast-paced environment Reliable team player with a positive attitude and clear communication skills Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for most of the shift Interest in skincare or beauty products is a plus Why Join Bellanomi?
