We sell and distribute Zimmer Biomet medical devices for total joint surgery, trauma, and sports medicine procedures. Job Description We are looking for a full-time leader to manage inventory, logistics, and a four-person team in our Knoxville location. The candidate must be a proven problem solver and ideally have one to two years of leadership experience. Job Duties

• Planning the day-to-day logistics of orthopedic implants and instruments from one surgical case to another
• Manage local inventory initiatives, including par levels, quality, and organization
• Manage expired inventory exchange for the territory
• Mange day-to-day check-in process and inspection of inbound implant kits and instrument trays
• System maintenance in SMS (case management system) for the office
• Facility management and supply stock
• Maintain vehicle maintenance schedules for company vehicles (2-3 vehicles)
• Maintain team member engagement, performance, and accountability
• Manage team member schedules and on-call rotation
• Required to enter the on-call rotation
• Aid in hiring and firing responsibilities for local operational staff
• Drive all company goals and initiatives
• Driving company culture to keep multiple offices in sync
• Provide exceptional customer service to our sales team and customers
