Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Coordinator to support our warehouse operations, with a primary focus on returns, inventory control, and driver check-in. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate product handling and exceptional internal customer service by maintaining precise inventory records and assisting in the day-to-day warehouse flow. Key Responsibilities Process all product returns and damages by scanning and properly categorizing inventory. Ensure accurate and timely entry of returned products into the warehouse management system. Assist with placing returned items back into storage locations when necessary. Greet and check in drivers as they return from their routes; verify paperwork and returned goods. Maintain a friendly, professional, and customer-service-oriented demeanor when interacting with drivers and team members. Support the warehouse team during slower periods by helping with stock put-away or product picking as needed. Uphold strict attention to detail and double-check work to ensure inventory accuracy and proper customer crediting. Occasionally lift items up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in the wine, spirits, or beer distribution industry preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse setting strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Comfortable using scanners and learning new software systems. Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to step in where help is needed, especially during slower times. Forklift certification not required—training provided on site.
