We’re looking for a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced fleet shop environment.
Duration:
90-day contract with possible extensions !
Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 7 AM

$22/hr

Play a key role in supporting the Delivery & Transportation Team by managing phone calls, emails, parts ordering, and repair coordination. Work hands-on in a fleet shop setting (tractors/trailers) with a strong team culture . Gain valuable experience in inventory control, fleet mechanics, and vendor relations . Enjoy a structured schedule (Mon-Fri, 7 AM
- 3:30 PM) with occasional overtime.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, route calls, and resolve inquiries. Coordinate emergency road calls , order parts , and issue POS. Receive and track inventory, ensuring parts are properly shelved. Assist floor technicians and collaborate with the Fleet Manager. Process invoices, summarize data, and prepare reports.
Must-Have Skills:
- Basic fleet mechanics knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with inventory control
Preferred Skills:
- Inventory management basics
- Fleet maintenance familiarity
- Strong Microsoft Office skills

Requirements:
Minimum education: High school diploma or technical school certification.
Experience:
Prior work in auto/equipment/dealerships is a plus!
