Job Summary:

Brimhall Foods Co., Inc., a family-owned snack foods manufacturing company, is seeking a motivated and experienced Night Warehouse Lead to oversee nightly operations in our fast-paced warehouse. This position works 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM four to five days per week, plus occasional weekends shifts, as needed. Reporting to the Distribution Center Manager, this role is responsible for supervising warehouse associates, ensuring the accurate and timely picking, staging, and shipping of orders, and preparing outbound product for the next day’s operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can drive nightly productivity while upholding safety, quality, and company policies. This position plays a critical role in supporting smooth day shift operations by ensuring that all outbound orders are ready for immediate processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate night shift activities including picking, staging, loading, and shipping Prepare and organize orders for day shift fulfillment Monitor team performance and provide training and direction as needed Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and company procedures

Qualifications:

3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred but not required At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role Strong organizational and communication skills Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain Join our team and help deliver quality products with efficiency and integrity every night.
