Responsibilities

• Work alongside employees to model example of performance expectations
• Measure and report the effectiveness of activities and employees performance
• Maintain and organize inventory and storage area
• Overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective Manager, training and development and health, safety and welfare of your team
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload as needed.
• Identify areas of improvement to adjust existing work performance.
• Completes and documents all cleaning schedule as described in the Master Schedule Requirements
• Proven work experience in a warehouse.
• Highly effective Supervisor skills and techniques
• Knowledge of Distribution Center health and safety procedures
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must have flexible hours Principals only.
