About the Role We are seeking a skilled Fulfillment Coordinator to assist with the operational aspects of our warehouse in the Nashville, Tennessee area. The Fulfillment Coordinator will be responsible for helping manage inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing all aspects of order fulfilment, including receiving, storing, and shipping products Coordinate with suppliers and freight carriers to ensure timely delivery of inventory Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits Coordinate with audiologists to ensure equipment is working correctly and arrives on time Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to meet customer demand and resolve any logistics issues Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations and inventory levels for management review Requirements Ability to commute and work on site at our Nashville-area warehouse Monday through Friday 1-2 years of experience in logistics, preferably in a small retail company Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software Ability to work a full-time schedule, typically M-F, with potential for a few weekend days if necessary •Please do not contact our sales line regarding this position.• Benefits Opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, innovative company Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off
