Build your future with Volt! Volt is immediately hiring for a Lead Warehouse Associate at Loxley, Alabama 36551-2635. As a Lead Warehouse Associate, you will:
Assign work and monitor group activitiesInstruct associates in proper equipment, operational, and maintenance procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirementsMonitor and maintain the availability of tools, materials, and suppliesOversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programsHandle inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliationAssist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performanceThis is a Full time contract opportunity.
Schedule:
12:00 P.M. – 8:30 P.M. (Overtime required depending on day.).
The Ideal Candidate will have:
