The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Duties Operate and maintain various hand tools and power tools to assist in the assembly.. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve production efficiency. Maintain a organized work area to promote safety and productivity. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the outdoors environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a general labor facility is preferred. Mechanical knowledge is a plus, with an understanding of how to operate machinery effectively. Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in assembly. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
