Summary of Position:
The distribution center staff are essential to making sure our customers packages go out looking great and in a timely manner to meet our customers needs. The individual in this position will serve in a role that will ensure our customer satisfaction and help the company achieve our overall goals.
Job Requirements:
Ability to accurately process inbound purchase orders and/or outbound sales orders Experience in an organized and structured warehouse or fulfillment centerAbility to clearly communicate with colleagues from various departmentsWillingness to prioritize quality and the perceived value for the customerDesire to work as a member of a dynamic and growing team in a collaborative and rewarding environmentAbility to work in a warehouse environment with prolonged periods of standing and/or walkingAbility to lift 50 pounds
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure customer satisfaction through neatly packaged shipmentsReceive inbound items on purchase orders and ensure correct items and quantities are deliveredRestock primary pick locations from overflow and/or directly from receiving departmentPick customer orders, ensuring that the correct items and quantities are pulledFollow company guidelines regarding item-specific packaging needsCapable of using shipping software for package processingKeep work area clean and organized for efficiency and workplace safety
Qualifications:
This individual will work closely with all members of our operations team to help us achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a highly-motivated individual that strives to achieve the goals set for them. The individual should have a high school diploma or GED and at least one to two years of experience in a distribution work environment.
