The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly line work and be comfortable operating various hand and power tools. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of our production processes, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing facility. Duties Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line to fabricate products according to specifications. Assemble components and materials using hand tools and power tools, ensuring quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Assist in the loading and unloading of materials in the warehouse as needed. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working with mechanical equipment. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Experience Previous experience in a factory or warehouse setting is preferred. Familiarity with assembly line processes and manufacturing operations is a plus. Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues. Experience operating forklifts or other industrial vehicles is advantageous but not required. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating strong communication skills.
