Job Responsibilities:

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Material Handler is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing all material control related activities in his/her area. Materials Team Leader will support the Material Handlers by providing guidance and tools they need in order to be safe and productive. Responsible for supporting safety, quality, and productivity while adhering to KAMTEK’s plant standards and upholding the Magna Employee’s Charter.

Essential Functions:

Monitoring Inventory levels (Min/Max) Receiving of purchased parts and materials into the ERP system Placing material in its assigned location(s) Pulling/Staging/Delivering material as required to support production Must utilize bar code scanners for receiving shipping, transfers and cycle counting Load and unload incoming trailers as assigned by the Team Leader or Supervisor Education/work experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Forklift Certified 6-12 months experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Forklift operation and product delivery.
