In partnership with Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team in Alabama. This role is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a warehouse environment, and are open to learning basic painting and facility maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily warehouse operations, including material handling, loading/unloading, and staging materials. Perform general labor tasks such as sweeping, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean work area. Support basic painting duties as needed—prepping surfaces, taping, painting, and touch-ups. Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production and cleanliness goals. Lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.

Requirements:

Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred, but not required. Ability to stand, lift, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods. Willingness to assist with light painting and follow proper prep and safety procedures. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
