The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the building and land operations. Duties Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to assist in the work at hand. Helping to construct walkways to tiny homes. Yard work and general cleaning. Assist with the movement of materials and products throughout the community. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines while adhering to safety protocols. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance. Touch up painting and caulking Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus, with an understanding of how various tools operate. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
