• Job Summary:

• Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving & Inventory Management:

• Unload and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Organize and store products in designated locations. Maintain accurate inventory records using manual and computerized systems.

• Order Fulfillment:

• Pick and pack orders according to specifications. Prepare products for shipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Load outgoing shipments onto trucks in an organized manner.

• Warehouse Maintenance:

• Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols. Perform regular equipment checks and report any maintenance needs. Assist in conducting regular inventory audits.

• Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals. Communicate effectively regarding inventory levels and any potential issues. Participate in training sessions and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
