We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center by handling various tasks related to materials handling, order picking, and equipment operation. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards within the warehouse environment.
Requirements include:
Must be able to lift 50+lbs
ALL DAY LONG
Reliable Transportation!!! (will be working on-site or off-site)
Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is essential
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Experience in shipping and receiving processes is advantageous.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and cranes to move products safely within the warehouse.
Perform order picking tasks, ensuring accuracy in fulfilling customer orders.
Assist in heavy lifting and transporting materials throughout the warehouse.
Build and assemble pallets for shipping and storage.
Maintain organization within the warehouse by properly storing materials and keeping work areas clean.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Follow all safety protocols while operating heavy equipment and handling materials.
Required experience:
HSD/GED required
Steel toes required
