Pay Rate $18.00 per hour Schedule and Hours 12:00pm to 8:30pm Lead Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities Assign work and monitor group activities Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational, and maintenance procedures Monitor and maintain the availability of tools, materials, and supplies Handle inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation Assist with resolving problems o ensure maximum associate productivity Lead Warehouse Associate Qualifications and Requirements 4 years of warehouse experience Experience in a supervisory role Microsoft Office experience and proficiency Able to lift up to 50 pounds (Lifting Assessment will be completed in the office) Background check and drug screen required Job Type Full-time, temporary to hire Benefits Weekly Pay Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance 40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 401(k) Retirement Plan Automation Personnel Services is the only staffing agency specializing in manufacturing and industrial roles that offers 401K matching to all eligible contingent and temporary associates.
