Full Job Description Job Description:

Position is primarily responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately select and prepare products for shipment, following designated picking and packing procedures Use scanners and other warehouse technology to locate and retrieve products Receive, unload, and put away incoming products in designated locations Maintain a clean and organized work environment Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures Meet established productivity and accuracy goals Other Responsibilities as

Directed:

Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival, providing customer service as needed by via phone and email Develop relationships with our customers by understanding and explaining our products Interact with other associates to provide assistance with a variety of tasks – from pulling orders to simple tool repairs Assist with retail store merchandising, opening and closing

Qualifications:
