Position Summary:
AAA United States, Inc . has partnered with a company in Mobile, AL that implements the most relevant digital solutions to transform, optimize and secure plant supply chains, manage and oversee inventories, control all logistical flows and meet the current and future challenges of its customers. We are looking for skilled Warehouse Clerk to assist with this client’s production needs. The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products.
Essential Functions:
Count materials Move the materials from a racking location to another bin location Maybe perform systematic moves Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage. Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for outgoing shipments. Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations. Perform data entry for incoming and outgoing shipments in inventory systems. Assist with cycle counts and full physical inventories. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. (if certified) Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse at all times. Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods. Team player with good communication skills.
