In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading materials and products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with heavy lifting and operating various warehouse equipment, ensuring that all goods are handled safely and accurately. Responsibilities Load and unload shipments from furniture trucks Perform shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good condition. Assist in organizing the warehouse layout to optimize space and efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred. Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and order pickers. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Experience using RF scanners for inventory management is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
