Summary The Material Handler position focuses on producing high-quality, detail-oriented work by following established standards, procedures, and guidelines. Key Responsibilities:

Accurately fulfill transfer orders from other branches, maintaining organized tracking of materials and inventory. Load and unload transfer shipments according to scheduled times to ensure timely delivery. Process, tag, and stage materials for placement in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling and organization. Conduct regular cycle counts of assigned areas to maintain inventory accuracy. Perform daily housekeeping duties in assigned work areas, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards. Assist in all warehouse operations and delivery duties as needed, contributing to team efficiency. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the leadership team or senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy. Strong sense of accountability and responsibility for assigned tasks. Motivated to work independently, with the ability to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Skilled in multitasking and managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with an approved clean driving record. Forklift certification is preferred, but not required. A clean history with no drug or alcohol abuse. Must provide a current health card.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying 50 lbs. or more. Ability to climb, crouch, and grasp materials as needed. Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to listen attentively.
